With 25 years of fundraising experience, Megan brings a breadth and depth of advancement expertise to Plus Delta Partners.

Her career includes a track record of increasing responsibility at highly ranked liberal arts, private and public universities including Colgate, Northwestern, Georgetown, and Oregon State, where she was part of a leadership team that launched the University’s first major campaign that raised more than $1 billion in funds. Most recently, as Vice President for Advancement, Loyola University Maryland, Megan led the successful launch of the university’s Bright Minds, Bold Hearts comprehensive campaign, employing Plus Delta methodology and tools. Her leadership in combination with these tools drove a 94% increase in annual fundraising, a more than doubling of the number of major gifts of $100K or more, and an increase in endowment giving of almost $32 million.

Megan has served as chair-elect of the Jesuit Advancement Administrators and is currently a member of the Loyola Blakefield Board of Trustees. She holds a BA in Political Science and History from Colgate University and lives in Baltimore, Maryland.
