Kris Bradley
Senior Consultant
“I delight in helping others find a new lens through which they look and bring positive - and sometimes unexpected - change to their work. I have seen firsthand how Plus Delta Partners sharpens skillsets, enhances communication skills, and bolsters self-confidence in seasoned and new fundraisers alike. As a client, the DFF program helped my team focus on the right prospects, ask the right questions, and do so in a way that inspired larger gifts, particularly more cash support, and all in shortened timeframes. It is a joy to help others achieve these outcomes.”
With more than 35 years of fundraising experience, Kris has raised more than $200 million. She has a proven track record in planning, implementing, managing, evaluating and leading fundraising programs and teams, and she is a trusted and respected mentor to fundraisers and institutional leadership at all stages of their careers.
Kris began her career at Lutheran General Foundation in Chicago where she secured the first 7-figure commitment in its history – to build a children’s hospital. Outside of PDP, she served as Assistant Vice President at Lawrence Technological University and as Senior Executive Director of Constituency Programs at Michigan State University. During the former, she oversaw all of MSU’s 17 colleges and 12 non-degree granting fundraising units. In this capacity, she developed solid dean-fundraiser partnerships and provided executive leadership through two campaigns of over a billion dollars. Prior to that, Kris also worked at MSU in several other capacities, including: Associate Director of Corporate/Foundation Relations, Director of Development for the College of Human Medicine, and Senior Director of Development for the College of Engineering.
Kris received her BA in English from Lake Forest College. She and her husband, Russ, live outside of Detroit, Michigan and have two daughters.
