Chad supports Plus Delta Partners’ efforts to strengthen client relationships and ensure efficiency across the client lifecycle, striving to foster positive, seamless partnerships.

Prior to joining Plus Delta, Chad spent more than 15 years in higher education advancement at Lehigh University and Lafayette College. Beginning with student and young alumni engagement, he went on to lead successful annual giving programs and teams at both institutions for a combined 10 years. Most recently, he spent two years in software sales for an educational technology company.

Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He lives in Fogelsville, PA with his wife, two daughters, and their dog.
