With over 15 years of experience building software, leading engineering teams, and maintaining open source software, Dylan brings a thoughtful, practical approach to leveraging technology in service-oriented work.
In his role as Vice President of Technology, Dylan is responsible for designing and scaling the Plus Delta Partners' client-facing digital platform, Agyl. He oversees the company's software development, data infrastructure, IT operations, and information security.
Dylan previously served as Chief Technology Officer of FrontierView, a technology-enabled macroeconomic research firm supporting Fortune 500 companies across their most critical markets. In this role, he led the company’s technology strategy and product development, culminating in a successful acquisition by FiscalNote in 2021. Prior to joining Plus Delta Partners, he served as Head of Technology for FiscalNote's Global Intelligence division.
Dylan is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Computer Science. He lives in Washington, DC with his wife Sarah and their dogs and cat.
