Vivian supports Plus Delta’s efforts to develop new client relationships, building on her extensive experience as a frontline fundraiser and strategic leader in higher education fundraising.

Vivian joins Plus Delta with over 19 years of experience at Michigan State University. As the Executive Director of Constituency Programs, she led a team overseeing the advancement efforts for 9 colleges and units.  Prior to this role, she served as the Senior Director of Development at the Eli Broad College of Business, where she provided strategic leadership to the Development and Alumni team and as a member of the college’s senior leadership team.  

Beyond her roles in higher education, Vivian has a notable background in political and non-profit fundraising, leading teams on several statewide campaigns.

Vivian is a graduate of the University of Michigan and earned a BA in Political Science.  She lives in Okemos, Michigan with her husband, Jim, two daughters and their dog, Hercules.
